  • Products marked as non-returnable on the product page

We offer replacement instead of refund in most cases:

  • If the product is defective or damaged, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost

  • If replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued

  • Once your return is approved, we will arrange a pickup from your location
  • In some cases, you may be required to self-ship the product
  • Ensure the product is securely packed to avoid damage during transit

To process your return request quickly, you must provide:

  • Unboxing video (mandatory for damaged/wrong items)
  • Clear images of:
    • Product
    • Packaging
    • Shipping label
